Loosely drawn row of terraced housing (Cheyne Walk, Chelsea, London, England) receding on the left, the Thames on the right, with the sun low in the sky. Lettered with title, production details, "aqua forte" and "Delâtre Imp" by the artist. Signed in pencil and annotated "House where Turner RA died Chelsea" in pencil by the artist, and "First Proof on Japanese Paper" in pencil and "Very rare etching by C.W. Sherborn. Signed by him" on the mount in ink by John Platt. Eleventh state, unnumbered impression.
